Japan and S.Korea's historic rivalry is softening

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol's visit to Japan is the first for a Seoul leader in 12 years. The urgency of the regional security situation - and the threat posed by North Korea - were underscored just hours earlier when the North fired another ballistic missile that landed in the sea between the three countries.
