Watch dramatic rescue of man from raging river

A man was saved from raging waters in the swollen Los Angeles River in a dramatic rescue on Wednesday (March 15). Aerial footage showed the man clinging on to a concrete barrier wall as a rescuer from the Los Angeles Fire Department Search and Rescue Team was lowered down from a helicopter.
