1st Step: HOW TO PICK A Niche WITH SOCIAL MEDIA

For my agency, I came up with the idea that I'm going to work with business owners who got offline brick and mortar businesses. I'll help them increase their revenue using social media.

2nd STEP:

Running ads for any businessman. If you don't know what kind of agency model you want to pick, I would recommend you have a Google Agency for offline businesses. Do more research, ask more questions. If it still don't make sense, go back to first step.

3rd Step: GETTING YOUR FIRST CLIENTS

Getting your first client is the best feeling in the world. Offering them to run free ads for them is going to do wonders for you. What's going to sell is now your service is the testimonial. You really, really need these first two clients to actually get good results.
