The reality TV star slashed SKIMS entrepreneur dropped over $70 million on a stunning mega-mansion on the shores of Malibu. Not only is this the most expensive home sale in all of Malibu so far for 2022, but it’s also this year’s fourth-priciest in all of California. Well, we can count on a billionaire like Kim to make money moves like that. Earlier this month in September 2022, Kim also placed two of her “unused” properties on the market – a downtown Calabasas condo and a modest ranch home near her Hidden Hills estate.
