KNM 9060 NY. Vehicle repairing, maintenance or cleaning of vehicles, has been another element in the persecution unleashed by the spy agencies, this particular one since at least 2009. Before I made public the control the CIA has over this street, car repairing, maintenance or cleaning would happen almost on a daily basis, and next to my apartment, specially during weekends, and as early as 7 am. The mechanic who did this repairing insulted me in a few occasions, and threatened with physical violence while I was exiting this building. Loud stalkers, drinking liquor, would gather around these vehicles, stereos would be loudly playing. After I started to expose the CIA harassment, these repairing decreased, and moved farther away from my apt. If I had answered any of these insults or defended myself physically to the attempt of aggressions, the CIA cops from the 9th precinct would had have me arrested, nothing that I could have said would have made any difference, in fact, they would have taken me to a psychiatric evaluation. As of today, the 9th Precinct persist in the stalking of my persona. We do not live in a functional democracy, in fact a giant mafia, very sophisticated, occupies the U.S.
