Top US General: US drone downed by Russia no longer has intelligence value

General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, says any attempts to retrieve the U.S. drone forced down by a Russian aircraft into the Black Sea would be “very difficult…probably not a lot to recover, frankly.” Gen. Miley says the Pentagon is “quite confident” that there is no longer any intelligence value on the drone.
