MARKSMANSHIP + PHYSICAL STRESS

Adapting to any form of stress takes time & recovery. Becoming proficient at shooting while under physical stress is no different.

We can do this in an organized fashion by first creating a baseline standard of marksmanship that we hold ourselves to, becoming repeatable at that standard, then slowly add more and more intensity in various forms while maintaining the standard.

During this process you can learn a ton about how to prepare and perform with an elevated heart rate.

As y’all know, we love to add stress during our courses but we always do so under the watchful eyes of a mentor. This ensures you have us in your corner so we can help guide you through the stress shoot. Similar to a coach in a fighters corner giving him feedback and tips throughout the fight.
