We have a country to save!

Based upon tonight’s LD12 meeting we are going to have to keep praying over AZ State Senator Wendy Rogers.

She, through the apparent corrupt AZ BAR attorneys, want us to believe that she does not have a Right or a Duty to investigate the evidence presented in her Committee Senate Chambers.

She, through the senate attorneys, want Us to believe because it’s criminal allegations, We the People do not have a Right to see the Evidence presented to us through the lawful Legislative process via ARS 41-1151

While the legislature can’t arrest anyone, they sure can provide the evidence to the AG upon receipt, who can.

It’s a TEAM effort. We have to work together to get so much evidence in front of the AG, it will be impossible for them ignore.

We do have that much evidence, We just have not been able to present it. Wendy can get it done. 🙏

If the AG does nothing, that’s a whole other battle.

There are 3 equal branches of government, all with a role to play in Our Constitutional Republic

Please continue to pray for courage for Wendy to start a sub-committee and get some answers under Oath and Subpoena.

Wendy could literally go down in the history books as the one that let them get away or helped bring Justice back to America.

PS: We are in many wars, one of them being an information war. In my opinion, to continue to allow our Politicians to gaslight from the stage and present untruths as truth in front of a large crowd should not be tolerated anymore. We have to peacefully hold them accountable and not allowing them to grandstand and promote misinformation. So while some may consider my comments to her from the front row where I was sitting out of decorum, Wendy misleading the people, based upon what she was told by Attorneys, supposedly, was worse. We must stop misinformation in it's tracks and I volunteered to do so on this occassion.

This is the statute that give Wendy the power to review and bring it to the People.

ARS 41-1151 Issuance and service of legislative subpoena

A subpoena may be issued by the presiding officer of either house or the chairman of any committee before whom the attendance of a witness is desired. The subpoena is sufficient if it states whether the proceeding is before the senate, house of representatives or a committee, is addressed to the witness, requires the attendance of the witness at a certain time and place, and is signed by either presiding officer or a committee chairman. The subpoena may be served and returned in like manner as civil process.
