Ponto de equilíbrio - Dia após dia lutando

Ponto de Equilíbrio is a Brazilian reggae band that emerged in Rio de Janeiro. The band became one of the main reggae bands in Brazil. The band started playing for a young audience on beaches and bars in Rio de Janeiro, later it began its trajectory of presentations throughout Brazil, being in São Paulo where it gained a large audience.

The lyrics, composed by the members themselves, transmit messages of equality, love and justice, according to the Rasta philosophy. The sound has influences of dub and samba and some regional rhythms such as capoeira Angola, maculele and maracatu.

The band's name came about as a balance between heaven and earth, the positive and the negative, good and evil.

The album "dias depois dia lutando" was released in 2010.
