I had this conversation come up in a client session and it was such an awesome reminder to be consciously aware of where our energy is at. This video is all about self-awareness of how you're sharing your energy, receiving other's energy, how you can consciously control where you project your energy, along with how to be solid and in conscious control of what you do with your energy. All of these tips are the basis for cutting chords as to cut an energetic chord, you are simply moving your energy back to you, disconnecting from everyone and everything, past/present/future, in every version of time and space.
