CDA School District Superintendent Hocker on SB 1100 - 3/13/23

Coeur d'Alene School District Superintendent Hocker's comments on Idaho Senate Bill 1100. He is addressing the bill and the incident with a boy in the girls restroom at CHS. This issue with the male student has been going on for at least a month.
