This incident was captured on a security camera in a hair salon in 2022. The woman seems to suffer some sort of medial emergency while sitting in the chair, maybe a stroke, seizure or ruptured brain aneurysm? All well known side effects of the Covid-19 vaccine.

At the time this was a vax-only hair salon. Signs said masks were not needed if you were fully vaccinated.

I do believe this was the Philippines but I could be wrong.
