Coutcher, Blake 03/09/23 Session #1

This was Blake's first lesson & she is more advanced than I had anticipated. Having had Blake in PE class I knew she was one of the most athletic students in our Intermediate school, after seeing her in action in a more structured environment her athleticism was even more apparent.

Lesson #1: Blake's stationary shooting, dominant & non-dominant lay-up shooting, free throw shooting, & ball handling were evaluated. We have lesson #2 scheduled for later this week & Blake's lateral movement, vertical leap, & shooting-off-the dribble will be evaluated.
