Analyst: Expect 'firm' U.S. response to drone crash

The U.S. military said a Russian fighter plane clipped the propeller of one of its spy drones and made it crash into the Black Sea on Tuesday (March 14). Tom Karako, senior fellow with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, called the incident a provocation.
