GETTING COVID19 TEST AT CVS

In this video I take you with me as I do the PCR test for CVS. In order to travel to Colombia I needed to have the PCR test done. Here are some instructions for the PCR test:

Bring Photo ID/Confirmation Code
Insurance Card
Social SS # if no insurance

Minors 15 or younger be accompanied with adult
DON'T GO INTO BUILDING
GO THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH

Give Confirmation code to person and ID if they ask for it.

Make sure test tube has a label with your name and DOB
AND that there’s an order form inside the bag that MATCHES your name and DOB. DO NOT KEEP THAT PIECE OF PAPER PUT IT IN THE BAG.

Insert nasal swab 1 inch into nostril. Push straight back not upwards.

Rotate swab for 15 seconds in a circular motion
Repeat on other side.

Place swab into vial and break off

CLOSE THE LID TIGHTLY. ZIP THE BAG CORRECTLY.

Put lab and order form in the specimen bag

DROP IN BOX.
