How To Make Milo Chocolate Bar | Milo Chocolate Bar | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES

NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* Rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Important BAKING TIPS & GUIDELINES at the end of each video

INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup (70g) WHITE WHEAT FLOUR
• 1/4 cup (35g) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
• 1 cup (135g) MUESLI (or mix of Rolled Oats, dried fruits, nuts)
• 1/2 cup (45g) DESICCATED COCONUT
• 1 cup (135g) MILO CHOCOLATE POWDER
• 1/4 cup (60g) BROWN SUGAR (packed cup)
• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp SALT
• 1/2 cup (115g) MELTED BUTTER
• 2 LARGE EGGS (3 small/med)
• 1/3 cup (75g) CHOCOLATE CHIPS/CHUNKS

HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl until incorporated
2. Add melted butter, eggs and mix until no more white flour
3. Fold in chocolate chips/chunks
4. Pour into grease and line pot/pan
5. Bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) then check. Mine took 3 bake (90 min). Rice cookers varied so bake longer as needed
6. Cool completely, about 2 hours, before cutting

OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased and lined pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 25-35 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 30 minute and bake longer as needed
