Following on from the TV clip, here is a live version of the whole song "Rainy Day" by 10000 Maniacs from 1997.
Features the unmistakable guitar sound of the late, great Robert Buck - plus Mary Ramsey in fine voice, with a lovely violin solo.
I did miss Natalie from the band, but thought Mary did a good job trying to fill basically impossible shoes, and this new song does suit her well.
