Temoving most Bowflex Schwinn Nautilus spin bike belts

This bike that I am taking the belt off is a Bowflex velcore, but this will work on the C6 or even the ic4, etc.

many people seem to think that you need to remove a bunch of parts to remove the tension, but in reality, you can put these belts on and take them off without removing the tension.
