I Wonder if Bishop William Murphy has the same approach to Chattel Slavery that he has on abortion?

Bishop William Murphy of the dReam Center, Atlanta, doesn't believe that restraining people from physically extinguishing others by ending their lives is something that we should not legislate. I wonder if he would hold the same position if he were a pastor during American chattel slavery? Some people quite enjoyed their slaves and didn't appreciate being told that it was inhumane to steal and force other humans into slavery. Their slave, their property, their choice? Murphy's view on how our country should move forward regarding the abortion issue is startling considering he calls himself a pastor. A Christian pastor cannot be pro-choice and if they claim to be, such a position is the opposite of what the Bible reveals. Such pastors must be marked and avoided as they are deceiving many and leading them astray.
