OSIRIS-REx captures sample by slinging orbital web around asteroid

"101955 Bennu, an asteroid as tall as a skyscraper, has been NASA's OSIRIS-REx mission's home since late 2018. The asteroid is one of Earth's closest planetary neighbors, and upon OSIRIS-REx's arrival on December 3, 2018, the spacecraft began conducting a series of complex observations.

After spending over two years studying Bennu, OSIRIS-REx is set to depart on May 10, 2021, with a collection of over 60 grams of asteroid sample. The spacecraft will then make its return journey to Earth. This narrated video showcases the mission's complete trajectory and highlights its time at Bennu."
