NATO and US cannot produce munitions at the rate Ukraine has been expanding them--and the battle for Bakhmut now appears to have been the decisive battle of the war, where Ukraine has been reduced to sending old men and children to fight (with an average life-expectancy on the front lines of 4 hours)!
The idea that the EU must shift to a "war economy" when the war is already over is laughably absurd.
The order to withdraw from Bakhmut has been given and the retreat has been taking place.
It's all over but for the shouting. Russia (rightfully) remains appalled at the lack of interest in investigating the Nord Stream 1 & 2 pipeline sabotage, where the whole world knows the US was responsible.
