Why you should use a Leather Strop | Making a Bench Strop

A Leather Strop is great for finishing the cutting edge on many different tools. You can strop everything from Kitchen Knives to Hand Plane Irons. I have made several different strops in varying sizes, but I wanted one that mounted in a vise. This would be more secure when sharpening plane irons with 2 hands. It works awesome.
