Through decades of practice, and studying under a spiritual master, I have learned that when I meditate, I can tune myself to my higher vibration which expands throughout the universe with my coded spiritual DNA on it. It will attract the vibrational ET with the same frequency as mine. The same is true for you.

We all have our own signature, a unique frequency, that sends a vibration the ETs can detect. Frequency and subtle energy can be altered by thoughts, feelings, or actions at a particular moment in time. It could be described as vibrational accountability, guided by keeping your heart and mind aligned and pure. Or, one created when you aren’t pure and don’t have good intentions.

During meditation, we can take our physical form and change it to a spiritual form through our thoughts. When we send the signal through meditation, our ET messengers pick it up and carry it to the address we have requested that matches our vibration. Their role is to monitor humanity, to guide and protect us, and keep us from destroying ourselves.

ETs have been watching over us long before we started evolving our consciousness to connect with them. We are in the process of doing that now, learning how to develop our higher skills so we can connect with them.
