Soy Sauce Steamed Chicken
▶️Ingredients
1.2kg chicken, 2 medium size potatoes, 1/2 carrot, 1 green onion, 1/2 onion, 3 shiitake mushrooms, 2-3 cheongyang peppers, 1 red pepper, glass noodles

▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
Add 120ml thick soy sauce, 100ml cooking wine, 100ml water, 5-6 tablespoons sugar (raw sugar), 1 tablespoon ginger, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, and pepper and mix.

▶️Recipe
1️⃣Soak noodles in hot water for 1 hour
2️⃣Wash the chicken clean, put 3 tablespoons of rice wine (shochu) in boiling water, boil it for 5 minutes and wash it clean
3️⃣Put poached chicken, marinade, and 500ml water in a pot and boil over high heat.
4️⃣Put in large sliced potatoes and carrots and boil for 20 minutes over medium heat
5️⃣Add onions and mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes
▶️ Try it at this time. If it is bland, add 1 soy sauce or oyster sauce
6️⃣Add vermicelli, red pepper, Cheongyang pepper, green onion, 1 minced garlic, sesame oil, and pepper and boil for 3 minutes.
