"He [the judge] should dismiss this case immediately with prejudice. Everything about it starting with the charges themselves to the timing to the intimidation of witnesses violates the Constitution. ... It means that what's happening to Doug Mackey is an outrage and should end immediately."

If the First Amendment means anything, it means that what's happening to Douglass Mackey is an outrage. It should end immediately.
