For decades glucose is normal
so, clinic says, no problem
in reality, insulin is climbing EVERY YEAR

Only when maximal resistance reached
and glucose keeps climbing…
then it is discovered

Blood glucose looks normal, but weight growing
blood pressure climbing; or main causes of infertility

Since glucose is normal, doctor says: no problem
but if we pause and look at insulin
It is 5 times higher than it should be
that is a red flag!

so, look at triglycerides & HDL
triglycerides / HDL ratio:
if less than 1.5 you are going well

Often, on a low carb diet
triglycerides come DOWN
and HDL GOES UP

In some people, on a low carb diet:
LDL will remain or will go up
Conventional thinking says this is evil!
That is absolutely NOT TRUE

As we get older, people with lower LDL
will die sooner!
People with higher LDL will live longer

Lower levels of LDL increases risk of dying from
infection by 15 times!

Look at the triglyceride to HDL ratio:
“I guarantee it will start to go down”
as insulin comes down…
blood lipids get better
