Here is How to do the Barbell Reverse Curl
In this 2 Minute Tutorial I break down one of the best variations of the barbell bicep curl with the barbell reverse curl. Reason I say this is one of the best variations is that it works the forearm muscles which have a greater impact on your overall fitness capabilities than regular bicep curls would have. Reverse curls, challenge your body's ability to maintain the barbell in your hand, so it works out the forearm muscles pretty well.
