Unfortunately, while players will undoubtedly recognize the numerous references when collecting each costume, a couple of outfits cannot be earned until after beating a boss more than once. Overall, 20 Outfits are available within this DLC's few biomes, with twelve tied to specific boss fights. Players must first start the Return to Castlevania Dead Cells DLC by talking to Richter Belmont in the Prisoner's Quarters to travel to the initial biome called the Castle Outskirts. From there, players can start grabbing blueprints for the exclusive outfits by finding rare areas known as lore rooms, fighting bosses, or defeating enemies for those rare drops.
