Castlevania Adventure (Game Boy) Gameplay -No Commentary- (Hyperkin Retron 5 Upscale)

As you can see, I have the first level down pat for the most part, but I am terrible at the second level. I've only on occasion seen fit to even make it to the second level of the game on rare occasions.

I've had this game since 1999, and have only ever played it here an there over the years. It's a solid title from what I have played. It's slower paced, and more sluggish in feel from other games in the series, but it has it's own methodical pace to it. There is definitely an rhythm you can get into when playing this game. I can't remember how far I've ever gotten into this game. I believe I have at least beaten the second level before, but it's been years.

Considering both the game boy hardware, and how early in the GB's life Adventure was released, this is still a solid play. It's certainly not a Castlevania classic, but it's fun for what it is, and plays well enough.
