NASA, EPA, NOAA introduce satellite to measure air pollution

NASA is launching a satellite that will detect and monitor air pollution through tropospheric emissions, such as carbon dioxide. The satellite’s orbit will stay over North America and measure the atmosphere every hour. The space agency will launch this joint project in April alongside the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
