Mike Koeniger is a husband and father (of three boys from 36 to 2) and a Catholic revert. A political analyst & commentator, Mike is a regular guest on A Catholic Take with Joe McClane. He is a retired Coast Guard Senior Chief who served 20 years. During his career he participated in over 2000 search and rescue missions, multiple drug enforcement operations, and several overseas deployments. He taught in an inner city high school for a decade. Mike is a National Board Certified Teacher, has a Masters degree in instructional technology, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. He currently works for a major technology company, and lives in Virginia with his wife and youngest son. He attends St. Joseph’s Church in Bon Air, VA (the FSSP Church the FBI cited in their recent report).
