At least 111 people have died and thousands have been displaced by Tropical Cyclone Freddy in Malawi, the local branch of UNICEF said on Tuesday, March 14th. Tropical Cyclone Freddy made landfall in Malawi via Nsanje on Sunday, Malawi Weather said. Storm Freddy is expected to continue to affect Malawi until Wednesday evening.
