Gov. Pritzker signs bill guaranteeing paid leave for Illinois workers

Beginning next year, Illinois workers will be able to take 40 hours of paid time off work for any reason, thanks to their Governor, J.B. Pritzker, who signed the Paid Leave for Workers Act into law, making Illinois the third state in the nation, and first in the Midwest, to have such a law in place.
