At least once a week, I take stock of my pantry and freezer and use what we've got stocked to cut down on my grocery bill. Here's a sampling of what we made in February!

Ranch Style Ragu

Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Pork
1 Can Ranch Style Beans
1 ½ Cups other bean
1 can Tomatoes w/ diced green chiles
1 Can Diced Tomatoes

Method
Brown pork, drain (add optional diced onion here)
Add beans & tomatoes
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until flavors are melded
Serve with rice, corn, lime, avocado, cheese, sour cream: choose one, some or none!
