Making a Giant Spatula by Hand | Or Not.

For this project, I'm taking what I learned from making the first wooden spoon and spatula, scaling it up and making a giant spatula. This XL spatula will be great for pancakes. I'm making this one entirely by hand. No power tools will be used. The only problem is that I didn't choose the best piece of wood to start with. The one I'm trying to use has way too many knots in it. It didn't go so great.
