How to use the TSPROF Blitz Knife Sharpener | Unboxing, Setup and Use. Its a Nice Tool

The team at TSPROF sent me this Blitz Sharpening systen to try out. I've been a fan of guided sharpeners for years so I was happy to test this out. I'm unboxing and trying out the Blitz Standard by TSPROF. These are a really nice system. Tho only issue I had with it was when I sharpened a knife larger than the limits of this sharpener.
