Pickled green garlic

▶️Recipe
1️⃣Cut 1 kg of green garlic, wash and cut off the leaves (500~600g after cutting)
2️⃣Cut it to an appropriate size (about 3cm) and sheath the head.
3️⃣Add 200ml of water, 200ml of soy sauce, 200ml of vinegar, 80ml of raw sugar, 150ml of plum extract, 100ml of soju, and 1 tablespoon of anchovy sauce and bring to a boil.
4️⃣Chill the cold seaweed and pour it over the green garlic when it is warm.
5️⃣Slice 5 to 10 Cheongyang peppers
6️⃣Refrigerate when completely cooled
7️⃣Two days ~ one week pass by ^^
▶️Boil the cut leaves in soybean paste stew or season with vinegared red pepper paste.
