Utility companies will answer Colorado lawmakers questions on rising rates

Colorado lawmakers will take action to bring utility company leaders to the state capitol to answer questions on rising energy bills this winter. The Joint Select Committee on Rising Utility Rates holds a session Tuesday and it wants to hear from you.
