Testing personal defense bullets in our PAC-T test protocol. This time, we test two bullets; Barnes 115 gr. TAC/XP and the Federal 124 gr. HST in in 9mm Luger using
my H&K VP9. This test includes precision, accuracy, consistency and terminal performance using 20% ballistic gelatin.
