Today, Nicole and her best friend Mala are getting some last-minute fillers before they head out for her extravagant birthday dinner. Despite being criticised by her loved ones for her surgery addiction, she admits that it's been helping her cope with recently losing her boyfriend of three years, Demetrius. "When I go through my stuff, I feel like that's how I cope with it. I go get tattoos, I go get piercings, but mostly I go get surgery," Nicole says. "I know he's with me and I know he wants me to do good. I'm just trying to be strong because it's hard. It's really hard."
