Add one liter of milk and 40g of sugar to a pot and bring to a slow simmer, add 140g of noodles or pasta and cook until pasta fully cooked, add lemon or orange zest, grated tonka seeds and vanilla extract and mix together under a small flame for the flavours to dissipate evenly, add cinnamon , mix ... add more cinnamon ;) and serve.
