Making Leather Spur Straps | Completely Hand Stitched

My Daughter is in need of a new pair of Spur Straps for her cowboy boots. I decided to make her some instead of buying them. I used an existing pair of straps to make a template from cardboard. With most projects there is always a learning experience, and this leather project is no different. I learned some new things about different types of leather.
