RI Landscapers And Repair Shops Vehemently Oppose Democrat Rep. Kislak's Bill H5440 To Elimate Gas Powered Lawn Equipment

Rep. Kislak’s bill H5440 would eliminate gas powered lawn equipment by Y2028. It appears that no one will be allowed to use any including landscapers.

All must cease using gas powered equipment by 2028 and convert to zero emissions battery powered equipment. As well all know, electricity is produced by unicorns in the hollow of a tree next to the Keebler elves.

Several landscapers pointed out that it would take four lithium batteries to do the work on one tank of gas powered leaf blower and then requite hiring more workers to do the job in the same amount of time.
