Hey, guys. Today I'm talking about four things you want to avoid to improve your cholesterol and your triglyceride levels. So when I look at your lipids, the big thing I'm looking at is your triglyceride to HDL ratio, which should be close to one, certainly under two, and as close to one as possible for triglycerides.

Here are the 4 Top Remedies to Lower and Regulate Cholesterol Fast.

If there are more than two parts triglyceride to one part HDL, that is a sign you have insulin resistance and high blood fats, which are driving up inflammation in your body. So here's what you need to avoid. Sugar. Any sort of processed sugar, any sort of added sugar. Get rid of it.

High fructose corn syrup, any sort of corn syrup fructose, high fructose types of ingredients. You want to make sure you're avoiding that. Number three is ridiculous. Refined seed oils will be corn oil, soybeans, south flour, cotton seed oil, canola oil, and safflower oil. Get rid of those.

And then trans fats. Partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, get rid of that. And you'll balance your blood lipids.
