What is this UFO / UAP - 28th Feb 2023 Queensland Australia - UFO UAP Watch

Recorded on the 28th of February 2023 in Moreton Bay Region, South East Queensland Australia.

A lot seems to be happening in this video. Object is moving slowly across sky at similar speed to an airplane, but object fades in and out as it follows a straight path. After this, multiple flashes occur at random places in the sky.
