What is true?

How can we discern what is true or not? Is the Earth shaped like a doughnut - and the moon is the donut-hole? Jesus told us that he would send us the Comforter who would remain with us forever, teach us all things, testify as to who Jesus is, and would be the Spirit of Truth from the Father. What an amazing promise! No surprise he used the term, The Comforter. We can take comfort in the fact that Jesus is in control and his kingdom is coming.
