Origins of the Anthrax Attacks back in 2002!

I was always wondering where that stuff came from. Explained by RFK! Who wanted to do what? And why? Yes, all valid questions. Scary time for me though. I'll never forget opening something that was filled with white powder. The law came and determined it was baking powder. Now WHY did someone do that? Sick pranks.
