What to do with your life after you quit gambling. [Day 282]

This is my problem gambling vlog. In this vlog I will talk about life after gambling. If you don't move on from gambling I feel there is a greater risk of you returning to gambling. What percentage of gamblers return to gambling after quitting a year. I started gambling at 21 years of age. I feel it's hard to move on from gambling addiction.
