Easy Homemade Dinner (Vegetarian)

We like putting together simple and delicious vegetarian meals, like this one.
For this easy homemade dinner we have:
- potato salad made using boiled sweet potatoes, white potatoes, carrots and white onion, seasoned with garlic, butter, salt and spices
- raw salad made using tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, onion and feta cheese
- more feta cheese, with mixed olives and pickled cucumbers on the side
- we also have freshly baked sourdough rye bread
