Twitter Permabanned Permanently Suspended Suspension Rules Enforcement Policy

According to Twitter's own enforcement policy, any person permanently suspended is entitled to know WHY he/she was suspended. Has Twitter told ME why? Nope! Not in my original suspension, and not in my appeal, either!
